ALOx High Barrier Film

ALOx High Barrier Film is an advanced transparent packaging material produced by depositing a nano-scale layer of aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) onto PET, BOPP, or other film substrates through vacuum coating technology. It combines exceptional oxygen and moisture barrier properties with excellent transparency, making it an ideal alternative to traditional aluminum foil laminates.

Maintains crystal-clear visibility of the packaged product, enhancing shelf appeal while providing superior protection.

Outstanding Barrier Performance

Effectively blocks oxygen, moisture, and contaminants, helping extend product shelf life and preserve quality.

  • Oxygen Transmission Rate (OTR): ≤ 0.3 cc/m²/day
  • Water Vapor Transmission Rate (WVTR): ≤ 0.25 g/m²/day

Metal Detection Friendly

Unlike aluminum foil structures, ALOx films do not interfere with metal detection systems, making them ideal for food and pharmaceutical packaging applications.

Microwave Compatible

Suitable for microwaveable packaging applications where traditional aluminum foil structures cannot be used.
